The Flash Pickleball has rapidly grown into one of the most vibrant and active hubs for pickleball Nepal. The Flash Pickleball is led by Samir Pokhrel and Subarna Shah, two of Nepal’s top-ranked pickleball athletes in both singles and doubles. Pickleball in Nepal has grown rapidly since it was first introduced in 2019, when the Pickleball Association Nepal (PAN) was officially established. The sport quickly gained popularity after Nepal hosted its first national tournament in Pokhara the same year, marking a major milestone for the pickleball community.

Today, pickleball is one of the fastest-growing sports in Nepal, with new courts, training programs, and tournaments being organized across major cities. What is Pickleball?

Easy to Learn

Basic Rules

Games are typically played to 11 points (win by 2)
Only the serving team can score points
The ball must bounce once on each side before volleys are allowed
The "kitchen" (non-volley zone) extends 7 feet from the net - no volleying allowed in this area
Can be played as singles or doubles
