The Flash Pickleball has rapidly grown into one of the most vibrant and active hubs for pickleball Nepal. Pickleball in Nepal

Pickleball in Nepal has grown rapidly since it was first introduced in 2019, when the Pickleball Association Nepal (PAN) was officially established. The sport quickly gained popularity after Nepal hosted its first national tournament in Pokhara the same year, marking a major milestone for the pickleball community.

Today, pickleball is one of the fastest-growing sports in Nepal, with new courts, training programs, and tournaments being organized across major cities. As more players discover this exciting and beginner-friendly sport, Pickleball Nepal continues to build a strong community and aims to promote the game at both national and international levels. What is Pickleball?

Pickleball is a fast-growing paddle sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis, making it fun and easy for players of all ages. Basic Rules

Games are typically played to 11 points (win by 2)
Only the serving team can score points
The ball must bounce once on each side before volleys are allowed
The "kitchen" (non-volley zone) extends 7 feet from the net - no volleying allowed in this area
Can be played as singles or doubles
